At Gaze Eyewear, our aim is to provide you with high-quality, affordable, and stylish eyewear.

We conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure that the product reaches you in impeccable condition.

However, if an unforeseen defect occurs in your glasses, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service center on Facebook Messenger. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience with Gaze Eyewear.

SUNGLASSES AND EYEGLASSES (WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION)

This includes:

  • Sunglasses (without any additional lenses/prescription)
  • Eyeglasses (without any additional lenses/prescription)

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN THIS PRODUCT?

Product returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to inspect the product. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it. However, once the product has been paid for, we only allow exchanges for another product available on our website, www.gazeeyewears.com, under the following conditions:

  • If the product doesn’t match the advertised description or your expectations.
  • If your fashion product is the wrong size.
  • If you no longer desire the product.

To request an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product via a message on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/gazeeyewears). You can choose to exchange the product for the same item or select a new product from our website.

HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN THIS PRODUCT?

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Send us a message on Facebook Messenger at m.me/gazeeyewears within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your name and phone number.
  • Explain your complaint with a valid reason.

Step 2: Pack your product

  • Pack the product securely in the same condition as you received it.

Step 3: Product Exchange

Our delivery personnel will bring the new product for exchange or the same product in exchangeable condition.

Upon the arrival of the delivery personnel, you can collect the new product and, if applicable, pay any additional fees. You should return the old product to the delivery personnel.

Please note that we cannot accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damages caused by misuse of the product.
  • Usage of any consumable item.
  • Incidental damage to the product while wearing.

Note: All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging (if any), with all seals, tags, and other originally included items intact.

ADDITIONAL LENS ORDERS

This includes:

  • Sunglasses with Prescription Lenses
  • Eyeglasses with Prescription Lenses
  • Anti-Blue Light Blocking Lenses (with or without prescription)
  • Eyeglasses with Photochromic Lenses
  • All other additional lens options for sunglasses/eyeglasses

If you have placed an order for any of the above items from Gaze Eyewear, please follow the instructions below based on the specific issue you encountered:

  • Defective/Damaged Item Upon Arrival: Please inspect the product upon delivery. If it is broken or has any defects, you can reject the item and send it back with the delivery personnel. We take full responsibility for defective items caused by damage during delivery and will issue a full refund.
  • Wrong Item Arrived: If you received the wrong item that does not match your order, please contact us with a photo of the package and the incorrect items. We will promptly send you the correct items, and you can return the wrong item to the delivery personnel.
  • SIZE ISSUES: Ensuring the right frame size is crucial when purchasing glasses online. We recommend measuring your current well-fitting glasses before making a purchase. For Additional Lens Orders, we regret that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to size issues, as we have already customized the lenses based on your specifications. If you’re unable to accept the glasses due to size problems, please reach out to us, and we’d be delighted to provide you with a special discount code to try a different style.
  • WRONG PRESCRIPTION FILLED: If, unfortunately, you mistakenly provided the wrong prescription, please contact us with a copy of your original prescription. We can offer you a special discount code to purchase a new pair with the correct prescription.
  • UNCOMFORTABLE PRESCRIPTION GLASSES: If you experience unclear or uncomfortable vision when wearing your new prescription glasses, please email us with your original prescription copy. We will assist you in comparing your paper copy with the prescription provided on our website. If the filled-out prescription is accurate, we will provide further guidance based on your specific situation.

 

For additional lens orders, since we customize the lenses based on your specific prescription and requirements, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds in such circumstances. However, we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter to the best of our abilities.
